Is coaching the right approach for me?

As your coach, I am first and foremost there for you whenever you experience uncertainty or simply feel helpless. I support you in understanding and mastering seemingly complicated situations and in growing from them. I help you to overcome difficulties such as constant brooding, recurring fears or the inability to make decisions. Also, I can show you how to cope with challenging emotions such as anger, sadness, shame or fear.

Very often there are patterns unnoticeably inhibiting us in everyday life or in relationships. Certain habits that run deep – through all different areas of life. For example, problems at work often find their origin in childhood – or the constant quarrel with the mother is repeated later with the partner, following the exact same pattern. These complex correlations are difficult to recognise on your own at first.

Absolutely! I always have a phone call with every new client before the first session to discuss their needs and to determine if coaching would be a good fit for them.

The sessions either take place in person in Munich or online via Zoom.

In general, a session will take 90 minutes. How many sessions make sense for you strongly depends on the topic. I can give you a realistic estimate after a short introductory conversation.

If the subject requires more than one session, I generally recommend that my clients return for a follow-up session after 2 to 3 weeks.

Why so long?

The regular sessions can be very intense. A lot of things that come to light during a coaching session need time to process – so the main reason is not to overwhelm the system.

Another reason is to give you time to implement the insights and solutions you have gained during the session.

The introductory meeting is free of charge.
